Attempt unauthorized access
Circumvent authentication controls
Probe or scan vulnerabilities
Introduce malware
Interfere with system operations

Intellectual Property Violations

Copy software
Reverse engineer software
Decompile code
Redistribute software

Fraudulent Activities

Create false business records
Manipulate inventory records
Falsify transactions
Misrepresent products or services

Marketplace Abuse

Users may not publish:

Illegal products
Counterfeit products
Stolen goods
Fraudulent advertisements
Misleading pricing
Offensive content

Spam and Marketing Abuse

Send unsolicited bulk messages
Harvest customer information
Use the Platform for phishing
Conduct fraudulent marketing

4. Public Listings

Clients are solely responsible for:

Accuracy of listings
Product availability
Pricing
Customer communications

Partzile is not a party to transactions between Clients and third parties.

5. User Accounts

Maintain strong passwords
Keep credentials confidential
Log out from shared devices
Report unauthorized access

6. Monitoring

Partzile may monitor system activity for:

Security
Performance
Compliance
Fraud prevention

Monitoring may include audit logs and usage records.

7. Enforcement

Warning notices
Feature restrictions
Account suspension
Account termination
Removal of listings
Legal action

without prior notice where necessary.

8. Reporting Violations

9. Amendments

Partzile may amend this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
